Many
years of research into physical activity has proven that
people who are usually inactive can improve their health
and well-being by becoming even moderately active on a
regular basis, and that physical activity need not be
strenuous in order to achieve these health benefits.
Ideally you should aim for a session of moderate
exercise of 30 minutes per day; this can be done as one
session or be divided up into a few manageable sessions.
At the end of the session your body should feel warmer
and your breathing rate should have increased.
