Additional Information

When on call, our doctors are on duty from 8am one day until 6pm the next day, i.e. 34 hours without a break, so please use the emergency service appropriately. If the doctor feels that a visit is not necessary, he or she may offer you telephone advice. In some medical emergencies, the doctor may arrange to meet you in the casualty department, as better medical care can be given with the improved facilities there.
