Named Accountable GP for all patients.

As part of a government initiative patients are now allocated to a named accountable GP. Practically this will not change anything for you when accessing our services. You can still see the GP of your choice whenever you need to see a doctor. If you would like to know who your allocated GP is then please speak to any member of staff when you next attend the practice.

The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Partners in Care

Once registered , patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.

Online Access

With Patient Online Access you are able to book and cancel appointments online, request repeat prescriptions online and also update your personal information.

Before being able to create an account you must first come to the practice and register for the service.

As part of the registration process you will be asked to prove your identity by bringing in two forms of identification e.g. driving licence, passport or bank statement. This is one of the measures in place to protect the information that your GP holds about you. Full details about the process are available by contacting the practice.
